Locking system with technical key copy protection
The new CES WD system is a patented vertical reversible key system with high locking precision. The system is designed to meet the functional demands of large, complex master key systems (MK/GHS).
Specifically developed for premium building projects, this system meets the complex requirements within a building in terms of organization, user convenience, cost efficiency, and, of course, security.
In addition to active protection against key copying, manipulation, and attacks, the WD system offers legal protection through a patent on the key geometry. This combination of legal patent protection and technical copy protection ensures a long-term investment for the operator.
Effective technical key copy protection is provided by the actively queried double undercut in the key profile. Due to this undercut, the key cannot be copied using conventional key duplication machines that only operate two-dimensionally. A spring-loaded lateral query pin performs a security check for the presence of the profile rib. The system also comes with integrated bump protection as standard.
The reversible key system features a multi-paracentric profile, providing strong resistance against lock-picking tools. With variable profile options, it is possible to effectively separate functional areas. Unauthorized keys cannot be inserted into the lock cylinder at all.
Integrated locking bar technology
The locking surface is significantly increased by the integrated locking bar.
Security card
The security card serves as proof of authorization for future replacement orders and extensions.
